Skandia Elevator will soon launch its new Spare Parts Portal, a digital tool that makes it faster and easier to identify and order the right spare parts.
The portal is developed to meet the needs of dealers, where availability, precision, and time efficiency are essential. By bringing the entire process together in one tool, it creates better conditions for both service and maintenance.
Several users got a first preview of the portal during Agritechnica, and it all will be available from May 11:
- Available 24/7 for maximum accessibility
- Easy identification of spare parts through 3D models
- Direct ordering in the portal, integrated with the existing quotation tool QC
- Order history currently available from 2019 and continuously updated
Work is ongoing to continuously expand the portal with more 3D models and orders. The goal is to have a fully updated portal with up to 15 years of order history by the end of the year.
The portal is accessed via QC using existing login credentials. Relevant users will receive more information by email in connection with the launch.
“We started without a perfect plan, but with a clear ambition to test and learn. Today, 3D printing is a natural tool in how we solve needs in both production and product development.”
