Employee care is close to our hearts, and we want every team member to feel well and enjoy their work. A wellness allowance is offered to both permanent and temporary employees, and there is also the opportunity to receive massage during working hours. As a Skandia Elevator employee, you also have free access to swimming at Nästegårdsbadet in Kvänum and Vara Badhus.

SICK LEAVE AND REHABILITATION
Our ambition is that no one should need to be on sick leave due to their work.
Managers and employees must together remain attentive to early signs of ill health and act with a solution-oriented approach. We also have well-developed plans for rehabilitation and workplace adjustments.
