Skandia Elevator AB, founded in 1914, a leading company of transport equipment for storing grain, acquires the platform company Liros Electronics AB. The company will be a completely owned subsidiary of Skandia Elevator AB as of April 30, 2021.

Our vision with Grain Cloud is to become one of the leading suppliers of knowledge and insights for grain plants. Liros Electronics AB is a platform supplier for digital temperature monitoring when storing grain in silos or flat warehouses. The company was established in Sweden in 1955.
Since 2004, Liros has been one of the leading pioneers in temperature monitoring in grain storage. As a step to maintain its position as a market leader, Liros 2019 began work on developing the monitoring technology and process, which is the basis for the business. With the help of AI and a number of cloud-based services, Liros has now taken the first steps to become a fully cloud-based and wireless platform provider in the grain storage process.
