Skandia Elevator has launched a new cost-effective Sampler for Elevator, designed to take reliable and representative material samples directly from the material flow. The sampler offers a flexible solution for sampling both wet and dry material.
Easy and flexible sampling
The sample is taken in the elevator head and conveyed through a hose down to an easily accessible level, where the material can be collected in one or several sample boxes.
The outlet can be directed to either the right or left, allowing the hose routing to be adapted to the plant layout.
The electrically operated sampler is available for L-Line and I-Line, 40–150 tph. Sampling can be started manually when required or set to run automatically at selected time intervals. The sampler can be integrated into the plant’s PLC or operated using a separate control cabinet (220 V).
Suitable for new and existing elevators
The sampler can be supplied factory-fitted on new elevators or retrofitted to existing Skandia Elevator elevators manufactured from 2006 onwards. In some cases, retrofitting is also possible on older models.
Installation is straightforward, with assembly instructions included. Optional accessories include an Ø50 3-way divider, hose with accessories and sample boxes.
The Sampler for Elevator is developed and manufactured in Sweden by Skandia Elevator.
