News Sales start for our new generation of transverse outlet slides
April 1st is the start of sales for our new generation of transverse outlet slides for entire I-line and up to and including 40/40 for H-line.
Important! The new outlet slides with position indicator are equipped with our inductive three-wire sensors, part number 91934210. Please find more information about the sensor in our connecting instructions for electronics that is downloadable on our website.
Improved functionality
The new generation outlet slide has a new, more compact design with outside-mounted gear rods for blade operation, which now makes the blade slide tighter to the opening. Further improvements are double ball bearings that support the blade while it is in closed position and the blade also overlaps better. We have also added a felt strip between the top of the blade and the conveyor side where the blade enters.
The new outlet slide is also more reliable in operation as a result of improvements made to and around the blade and the flight guides and because the rotating mechanism for the brush is made more robust. The twisted flat bar (control rod) is now 6 mm thick and runs between adjustable ball bearings in the mounting located on the blade.
Note! The part numbers will be the same as before, but only orders made from April 1st will deliver the new generation of outlet slides.
